[COLOR=#ff0000]We have [B]over 750 registrations[/B] for WHD.asia and are very happy that so many people are going to join the second WorldHostingDays in Bangkok.[/COLOR] However, due to this high number of attendees it might occur that all seats in the main.FORUM talks and hosting.SESSIONs are already taken if you arrive too late. Therefore, please make sure to come to all presentations in good time.
[B]Getting to WHD.asia by car[/B]
If you are going to travel by car, you can use the following address for your navigation system:

The Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel offers a valet parking service. This service is free for WHD.asia visitors. Our hostesses will guide you to the WHD.asia facilities from the parking space.
[B]Getting to WHD.asia by plane[/B]
The ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel takes approx. 45 minutes. The best way to approach the hotel is taking a taxi, which costs about 500 THB.

[B]Weather[/B]
The weather forecast says the sky over Bangkok will be sunny with clouds during WHD.asia. The climate is very warm and humid with about 36? C. Rain probability is at 60 percent and scattered thunderstorms can be expected.
All WHD.asia facilities will have air conditioning, so that a normal business outfit will do very well.
Participation documents
You may conveniently pick up your participation documents directly at the event. The registration desk can easily be found near the hosting.FAIR area on the second level and will be open for you on Thursday, May 24 from 11 am and Friday, May 25 from 10 am.
[COLOR=#ff0000][B]Hotel stay refund[/B][/COLOR]
If you have booked a hotel room in the Millennium Hilton Bangkok through May 18, you are eligible for a refund of the night from May 24-25, 2012. A respective refund form will be placed in your hotel room and also be available at the event’s info desk located near the fair. [COLOR=#ff0000]Please fill out this form[/COLOR], [COLOR=#ff0000]come to the event and give the form to our staff at the info desk[/COLOR]. The cost for the night mentioned above will be credited to your account after the event. This offer is only valid for bookings that were made in our online registration system and not for reservations through other portals or directly at the hotel. Also members of WHD.asia partner companies are excluded from this promotion.
[B]Cancellation[/B]
Please remember that hotel rooms booked for WHD.asia in the registration system cannot be canceled. Full payment is due in any case. Also the refund (see above) is only granted if you apply for it on site. However, you can give your room to a colleague if you cannot come to the event.
[B]Lunch[/B]
WHD.asia will open with a delicious lunch served in the Flow Restaurant. This restaurant is situated on the first level of the Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel. Lunch is served from noon to 1 pm. After lunch, the program will begin at 1:15 pm with the main.FORUM and the hosting.FAIR. Both can be found on the second level.
[B]Social Events[/B]
Make sure not to miss out on our unforgettable social event: The ConneXion Party on May 24, which is a real highlight of WHD.asia. Perfect networking in a relaxed atmosphere with a spectacular view over the Bangkok skyline. The ConneXion Party is celebrated in the ThreeSixty Bar, which can be found on the 32nd floor of the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The party starts at 6 pm.
