System Administrator
We’re seeking talented and motivated individuals looking to pursue a career in system administration for web hosting business. System Administrator is a key personnel to help the company to grow.
Job Descriptions:
- Administering bare metal server and virtual machine running Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Administering web server, email server, database server and DNS server.
- Monitoring server system, backup and security operations
- Administering the operation of Plesk web hosting control panel
- Administering VMware virtual machines and perform routine managerial tasks.
- Providing technical support to the customers via the use of online chat, email, phone and ticketing system. Making sure the customers problems are solved satisfactorily.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related fields
- Excellent communication skills with good command in English
- 2+ years of experience in Windows and Linux Server administration.
- Willing and able to cover night shift if needed.
- Experience with Plesk Control Panel and other control panel products.
- Knowledge of Cloud and virtualization technologies
- Detailed-oriented person with can-do attitude, always willing to learn new things
