ปัญหาเมล์ server error ต้นทางส่งแล้วได้รับตีกลับเสมอ

ขอคนชาวยแนะนำครับ ผมมี server เมล์พบ error ด้านล่าง
มักเกิดกับเมล์ที่ส่งจาก @customer.co.th ถึง @local.yyyyy.co.th เสมอๆ
แต่ถ้าส่งจาก hotmail จาก gmail จาก yahoo ถึง @local.yyyyy.co.th ปรากฏว่าส่งได้ปกติ
เลย งง ว่าต้องแก้ไขที่ฝั่งผม @local.yyyyy.co.th หรืออย่างไร

เพื่อไม่ให้การสื่อสารสดุดลง สร้าง [COLOR=#505050]whitelist ใส่ไว้ใน Server ของเราชั่วคราวก่อน
อ่านๆดูแล้วสาเหตุ[/COLOR][COLOR=#505050]ผู้ส่งหรือ[/COLOR][COLOR=#505050]ต้นทางมีปัญหาจากการตั้งชื่อ Host (DNS) ทำให้โฮสต์ภายในโดเมนต์ตัวเองถูก ban[/COLOR]

เช็คดูว่า IP ติด Backlist ที่นี้ไหม

ทำ whitelist รับไอพีของ mail server ต้นทางอย่างไรนะครับ ขอเพิ่มเติมหน่อยครับ

แก้ที่ต้นเหตุ อย่าไปแก้ปลายเหตุ

  1. เช็คว่า IP ต้นทางติด blacklist มั้ย ที่ใหนบ้าง ไล่ปลดให้หมด (ดูด้วยว่าเหตุใดถึงติด blacklist ปกติมักจะติดเพราะเครื่องเรามีการส่ง spam ออกไป ถ้าไม่แก้ปลดไปเดี๋ยวก็ติดอีก)
  2. เช็คว่า IP ต้นทาง ตั้งค่า reverse DNS ไว้หรือยัง
  3. เช็คค่า MX/SPF ของโดเมนต้นทาง ว่ากำหนดไว้ถูกต้องหรือเปล่า

ติด blacklist ที่ rhsbl.ahbl.org และ blacklist นี้ได้ปิดตัวลงแล้ว ตั้งแต่ 01/01/2558 http://www.ahbl.org/content/changes-ahbl
แนะนำให้ทุกเครื่องที่เปิดใช้ blacklist นี้ลบ หรือยกเลิก

ดูเหมือนต้นทางจะ [COLOR=#333333]blacklist นะฮาบ ผมก็เคยโดน แต่แก้ได้แล้ว

เช็คดูอีกทีว่า blacklist IP หรือ Domain
เดาว่า ส่งหา .co.th, .ac.th .อะไรที่ไม่ใช่ free mail service ได้ใช่เปล่าครับ

สาเหตุที่ติด blacklist อาจเพราะ ส่งเมล์ถึงพวก free mail
มากไป บ่อยไป ถี่ไป content เข้าข่าย spam

ถ้าติด blacklist ของพวก free mail ที่นึง จะพาลโดนของ free mail ที่อื่นไปด้วย
ถึง add MX record ทีหลังก็ไม่ทันแล้ว
ถึงเราทำ whitelist ไว้ใน host เรา ก็ไม่เกิดอะไรอีก[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#333333](เดี๋ยวนี้หลักการ blacklist มันเปลี่ยนไปพอสมควร ตามทฤษฎีเดิมๆเริ่มใช้ไม่ได้ผลแล้ว)[/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]

ต้องทำเรื่องแจ้ง [/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]free mail [/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]ปลายทางว่าเราไม่ใช้ spam
ตอนแจ้งแก้ hotmail กับ yahoo จะปลดล็อกเร็วหน่อย (ให้ทาง IDC ช่วยแจ้งจะได้เร็วหน่อย)
ส่วน gmail ต้องแจ้งเอง รอนานพอสมควร กว่า [/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]blacklist [/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]จะ update ทั่วถึง[/COLOR]
