As we have not received the requested documents within the stipulated time frame, we have initiated the process of reversing your payment. We have also deleted your orders (if any) and suspended your Reseller account. Our billing team will take 24 hours to reverse your funds
Your funds will be reflecting in your bank/paypal statement depending upon your billing cycle of your issuing bank.

As per the chat conversation my reseller account has been suspended by Compliance Department,
I have sent the email to compliance@resellerclub.com but I haven’t received the answer yet.This is a big problem and urgently because my customer they are waiting for me.
I have transfered a lot of domain for my customers from another reseller ID to my new reseller ID
But,right now I can not login to http://manage.resellerclub.com/reseller.
We have unsuspended your reseller account. You may go ahead and re-transact using the same credit card that you have used for the previous one and make new registrations.
