As we have not received the requested documents within the stipulated time frame, we have initiated the process of reversing your payment. We have also deleted your orders (if any) and suspended your Reseller account. It will take 2-3 days for the refund process to complete
Your funds will be reflecting in your bank/paypal statement depending upon your billing cycle of your issuing bank. Please contact your bank to know the exact billing cycle days
Documents required to approve the transaction are as follows (all documents required):-
1.Authorization letter from the Paypal Account Holder stating that he approves this transaction [attached below]. Please do not paste your signature on the form. We need manual signature (handwritten signature) of the payer on the form
2.Government Photo Identification of the Paypal Account Holder containing the AUTHORIZED signature. (Driving License, Passport, etc).The payer’s name, his signature and his photo should be clear on the identification proof and the identification proof should not be an expired one
If you do not have a printer or scanner then you can write the details of the authorization form on a plain paper, sign it with a pen and then click a clear picture of the letter along with the identification proof with your phone camera or digital camera and then send it to us. This way you do not need a printer or a fax or a scanner.
