As a registered Parallels Plesk user, this notice is being sent to inform you that Parallels Plesk 10 and Web Presence Builder 10 will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of January 31, 2015. This means that Parallels will cease further development and security fixes and will no longer be accepting technical support requests related to Plesk 10 or Web Presence Builder 10. This also includes discontinuing Knowledgebase articles for Plesk 10.
Parallels recommends that all customers using Plesk 10 or Web Presence Builder 10 consider upgrading to Parallels Plesk 12 or to Web Presence Builder 12, depending on the version of the software and number of servers you are using.

How to Upgrade?
All Parallels Plesk 10.x servers can be upgraded to Plesk 12 inline without doing a migration. Please see the following Knowledgebase article and Plesk 12 Linux or Windows upgrade release notes for additional information.
If you experience any trouble upgrading on your own, you may qualify for free upgrade assistance.
