พอดีจะลง magento 2.3 นะครับ ทีนี้พออัปโหลดทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยแล้วขึ้น error แบบนี้นะครับ

ในไฟล์ /var/report แจ้งว่า

ปล.ตอนแรกขึ้น error composer ตอนนี้ลงแล้ว Composer version 1.8.0 2018-12-03 10:31:16
ผมลองหาไฟล์ /app/etc/ev.php ที่ให้แก้ config ฐานข้อมูลก็ไม่มีเลยครับ
ท่านใดพอมีอะไรแนะนำไหมครับ
