รับเมล์ไม่ได้ Exim ขึ้น Error remote_smtp defer (-18)

ใช้ DirectAdmin ครับ จะมี Email ของ ลูกค้า 1 รายจากญี่ปุ่น รับไม่ได้ ดูใน log เจอ remote_smtp defer (-18) ทั้งหมด จะแก้ไขอย่างไรดีครับ :

เกี่ยวกับ dovecot และ permission

ไม่แน่ใจพึ่ง ย้าย หรือ Update Server หรือเปล่า

ไม่ได้ย้าย หรือ Update server อะไรเลยครับ

จะเป็น เฉพาะลูกค้าที่ส่งจาก .jp เจ้านี้ อะครับ รายอื่น ๆ ได้ปกติ

ได้เปิด RBL ไว้หรือเปล่าครับ หากเปิดไว้ ไปเพิ่ม domain/ip ปลายทางไว้ที่ /etc/virtual/whitelist_domains ครับ
