ปัญาหเกี่ยวกับ dns เห็น ns แต่ไม่เห็น ip

สวัสดีทุกๆ ท่านครับ
วันนี้ผมมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ .xyz เหมือนจะเป็นทุกตัวที่ผมจด

intoDNS: - check DNS server and mail server health

คือในส่วนของ Domain NS records จะเห็น่ามันไม่โชว์ IP ของ NS ครับ แต่ Domain พวก .com ไม่มีปัญหาเลยนะครับ

ns4.we-hosting4u.com. (NO GLUE) [TTL=3600]

z.nic.xyz was kind enough to give us that information.

พอดูไปล่างๆ ในส่วนของ Nameservers A records

ERROR: Some of your DNS servers do not have A records at all. I could not find any A records for the following DNS servers:ns3.we-hosting4u.com
ns4.we-hosting4u.com

You must have A records for all of your nameservers.

ปกติ(พวก dot อื่นๆ) ไม่เคยได้ทำ ผมได้ทำ คือ Add ns3… & ns4… ใส่ A Recoard (แต่พึ่ง Add ไปเมื่อ 8 โมงเช้าได้ครับ)

สอบถามอย่างนี้ครับ
ที่ผมแก้ไปนี้ถูกต้องไหม

  • ถ้าถูกต้อง ปกติต้องรอกี่ชั่วโมงเหรอครับ แล้วปกติ มันต้อง Add เหรอครับ ส่วนนี้ผมค่อนข้างงง ๆ นิดหน่อย
  • ถ้าไม่ถูกต้อง ผมรบกวนสอบถามเลยครับ ว่าจะต้องแก้ไข อย่างไร

และในอนาคต เราจะต้องเพิ่ม Script นี้เพื่อแก้ปัญหาทุกๆ ครั้งได้อย่างไรบ้างครับ

ยังตรวจสอบไม่พบ IP ของ dns ns3, ns4 เลยครับ ตรวจสอบดูว่า set ถูกต้องหรือปล่าว ถ้าไม่เห็น IP ของ ns3, ns4 ถ้าเอาไปใส่ใน dns ของ domain อะไรก็ใช้ไม่ได้อยู่แล้ว เพราะหา ip ของ dns ไม่เจอ

อาจจะต้อง register dns ใน registry ของ .xyz

พอขยายได้ไหมครับ ไม่ค่อยเข้าใจทะไหร่ (ปกติ .com ไม่น่าจะต้องทำอะไร ก็เลยงงๆว่าถ้าาทำแล้วต้องทำอย่างไรเหรอครับ)

ตรวจสอบโดยใช้ dnsstuff.com ดูแล้วก็เห็น IP ของ dns แต่มีปัญหาคือ

ERROR: None of your nameservers returned your SOA record. They are likely all down or unreachable.
ERROR: You have 2 nameservers, but both are on the same IP! This is not a valid setup. You are required to have at least 2 nameservers, per RFC 1035 section 2.2.

อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจาก dns ของคุณเองที่ ใช้หลายชื่อแต่ ip เดียวกัน และอาจจะต้องตรวจสอบ bandwidth ของ inter ดูด้วยครับ

ส่วนตัวมีมี Ns 4 ตัวครับ คือ
NS1,NS2 ใช้ IP A
NS3,NS4 ใช้อีก IP B

ส่วนเรื่อง Bandwidth หากมีปัญหา ก็น่าจะมีที่ .com ด้วยหนะครับ

จะวัดเอาตามที่ intodns อย่างเดียวไม่ได้ครับ ต้อง test จากหลายๆ ที่ เพราะผลทดสอบอาจจะถูกเก็บไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ และผมก็ตรวจทั้ง intodns.com, dnsstuff.com แล้วก็ dnssy.com รวมถึงคำสั่งใน shell ของ linux ด้วย

เหมือนว่า การ ADD A(NS3,NS4 A IP 2) เข้าไปในตัว server ที่ใช้ Domain อยู่จะแก้ปัญหาได้

น่าจะแก้ไขได้นะครับ

ตอนนี้เข้าได้แล้วครับผม
ผมใส่ NS3 & NS4 ใน Server ตัวที่ 1(ตัวที่ใช้ NS1&NS2) ครับ (ใส่ A เข้าไป)

ทำไม NS เปป็น NS1 & Ns2 หว่า ผมตั้งไว้เป้น NS3 & NS4 นิน่า ><"
