Dedicated ขึ้น 500 internal server error บ่อยๆแก้อย่างไรครับ

เช่า dedicated ใหม่ คนใช้งานเว็บ ใช้ฐานข้อมูลเยอะพอสมควร
เวลาเข้าเว็บมันขึ้น 500 internal server error เป็นๆ หายๆ
ไม่ทราบว่าควรแก้ตรงไหนครับ ลองลบไฟล์ .htaccess มันยังเป็นเหมือนเดิม
ลองเพิ่ม
<IfModule mod_php5.c>php_value max_execution_time 259200
php_value memory_limit 300M
php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 1200
</IfModule>
อาการก็ยังเหมือนเดิม dedicated แรม 64Gครับ
ไม่ทราบว่าควรทำไง 500 internal server error ถึงจะหายครับ

ยังแก้ไม่ได้เลยครับ
ส่วน [COLOR=#333333]/var/log/httpd/error_log ไฟล์มันใหย่ ผมเลยลบทิ้งคิดว่าระบบมันจะสร้างขึ้นมาใหม่
มันไม่สร้างใหม่ พอจะมีวิธีสร้างไฟล์ใหม่ไหมครับ [/COLOR]

ทำแล้วครับ ยังเป็นเหมือนเดิม

ท่าน @icez คงหมายถึงว่า restart แล้ว ตัว apache มันจะสร้าง ไฟล์ log ขึ้นมาใหม่ น่ะครับ

แล้วค่อยดู error อีกทีว่า 500 เพราะอะไร

ไม่รู้ว่า Plesk มันมีการควบคุม resource เหมือน cpanel หรือเปล่านะครับไม่เคยใช้ครับ แต่เดาๆ ว่าเหมือน resource จะไม่พอ หรือ จริงๆ server แรง เพียงแต่ว่าปรับเอาพลังมาใช้ยังไม่หมด พูดตรงๆ ก็แปลว่า resource ถูก limit ก็เป็นได้
แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั่นต้องดู error log ก่อนจึงจะรู้สาเหตุที่แท้จริงครับ

ปล. หากเจอไฟล์ log ขนาดมหึมาให้สั่ง tail -n 50 error.log นะครับ เป็นการดู log จากบรรทัดล่าสุดของไฟล์นั้น ถ้าแน่ใจว่าไม่มีอะไรแล้วก็ค่อยลบทิ้งครับ

คือผมใช้ Discuz ครับ ลองเอาไปลงที่โฮสอื่นมันใช้งานได้ปรกติครับ
ใช้php mysql เวอชั่นเดียวกัน
เว็บนี้ครับ กดรีเฟลชไปๆมาๆ ขึ้น Error 500 แล้วก็อืดๆครับ
