IP วง 7 ของผมใช้งานจ้าภายนอกไม่ได้
อย่างสอง IP นี้ อยู่เครื่องเดียวกัน แต่ routing ไปคนละทาง

ปกติทาง cat จะทำการ clear arp ให้ แต่ตอนหลัง เจ้าหน้าที่ NOC แจ้งว่า ไม่มีอำนาจในการทำแล้ว เพราะทุกอย่างจะต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจาก Admin ก่อน
ผมแจ้งเมื่อเวลา 11.06 น. โทรติดตามทุกๆ ครึ่งชั่วโมง แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ NOC ก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อ Admin ได้ สรุป ผมต้องรอ admin ดำเนินการให้เท่านนั้น
แล้วผมจะตอบลูกค้าว่าไงครับ IP ที่ใช้ไม่ได้กว่า 50 IP ปัญหานี้ก็เป็นปัญหาแย่ๆ ของการปรับปรุงการทำงาน จากเดิม NOC สามารถแก้เบื้องต้นได้ ตอนนี้ไม่ได้ ต้องรอ Admin เท่านั้น
เฮ้อ แล้วทำไมไม่มี admin ประจำบ้างนะ เขาบอกว่า admin remote มาได้ ก็งงเหมือนกัน …
รอต่อไป แล้วก็รอลูกค้าเบื่อและหนีออกไปด้วย…!!!
