Following our announcement on 29 March 2012, we are pleased to announce that the new Partner Central login method is officially launched today (25 April 2012, GMT +0800).
We would like to remind all resellers that if you have not created an admin user account before, you will be directed to create a new admin user account when you login to your partner central. While for those who have already created an admin user account, the existing reseller ID will no longer be used as the login ID, you are required to login via the admin user ID. If you have forgotten your login credential, kindly retrieve via the “Forgot your password?” link.
On the other hand, we would like to clarify that the new Partner Central login method will not affect API and EPP connection credentials. For API user, the source will remain as the reseller ID.
[B]Reminder: Authorized contact to make enquiries/request[/B]
We noticed there is an increasing trend where enquiries from resellers were sent through email addresses which are not registered in the reseller profile. Although this only involved a small group of resellers, but we would like to address this reminder to all resellers.
Therefore, it is reminded that resellers are always advised to send in enquiries/requests via the registered email in their reseller profile or user account. Such practice is to prevent the unauthorized party to access the confidential information only made accessible to the resellers. If the regular email address you are using is not any of the registered email addresses in your reseller profile, kindly update it via your partner central > Reseller Manager > Reseller Profile Management.
In short, to help us in providing you with better support to respond to your enquiries/requests to us at support@webnic.cc, you need to send your email to us via your registered email addresses (as explained above) and indicate your reseller ID and user ID in the email content.
