ปัญหาเรื่องเมล์ครับ

คือไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไหมเวลาเราไปทำ Domain.live.com หรือ Google Apps

แล้วพอเวลาจะส่งอีเมล์ผ่านทาง webmail หรือ สคริปphp กลับส่งไม่ได้

กลับ ตีกลับมาใน webmail มาดังต่อไปนี้

แต่ถ้าเป็นเมล์ทั่วไปกลับส่งได้ปกติ ต้องทำอย่างไรหรอครับ

หลายคนบอกว่าปลายทาง block ก็ไม่เข้าใจเหมือนกัน

ปัญหาน่าจะมาได้จาก 2 สาเหตุครับ

  1. ชื่อ server dark.in.th หา ip ไม่พบ ปลายทางจึง block

  2. ทางผู้ส่งและผู้รับใช้ live เหมือนกันทั้งคู่ แต่เมล์ส่งมาจากนอก server ของ live ทำให้ถูก block

วิธีแก้คือส่งผ่าน smtp ของ live

ถ้า control panel เป็น DirectAdmin แล้วใช้ Google Apps, Window Live ให้เอาเครื่องหมายถูกตรงช่องสี่เหลี่ยมออกด้วย หน้าข้อความ

ใช่ครับ ตามนี้

สำหรับ DA ถ้าโดเมนใหนใช้ GG / live ก็ต้องทำตามข้างบนครับ

ไม่งั้นถ้าส่งเมล์ไปโดเมนปลายทางที่อยู่ใน server เดียวกัน เมล์จะเข้า local inbox ใน server

แต่จาก error ข้างบนน่าจะเป็นสาเหตุจาก live มัน block ไว้ครับ

อ่อ ไม่ได้ดูละเอียดครับ

ไม่เห็นตรง retry timeout exceeded

เทสให้ชัวร์ ก็ ลอง telnet mxserver 25 ว่าได้หรือปล่าว

ประมาณนี้ telnet 723327919.pamx1.hotmail.com 25

ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ไม่ติด Firewall ก็น่าจะโดนบล็อค หรือไม่ idc ที่ใช้ก็ออกอินเตอร์ไม่ได้
