สอบถามวิธี การแก้ไข รับ และ ส่ง Mail ไม่ได้

สวัสดีครับ พี่ๆๆๆ ทุกท่าน
ผมมือใหม่ จะรบกวนพวกพี่ๆๆ หรือ ขอความรู้วิธีการแก้ไข การรับส่ง Mail ไม่ได้ รายละเอียดมีดังนี้ครับ
Linux debian 5
DirectAdmin 1.38.1

ปัญหาคือ อยู่ดีๆๆๆ Server ก็ไม่สามารถรับและส่งได้นะครับ ก่อนหน้านี้ทางผมเองไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลยก็ส่งได้ปกติ และก็รับได้ปกติ
รบกวนพวกพี่ๆๆครับ ถ้าข้อมูลอะไรขาดไปบอกเลยนะครับ

ตรวจสอบดูก่อนว่ามี directory นี้หรือปล่าว /home/siambiznet/

ดูแล้วครับ ไม่มีครับ แบบนี้ผมต้องทำยังไงบ้างครับ อาการนี้เพิ่มเป็นมา 2 วันครับ ผมนั่งอ่านวิธีที่แก้ไขใน thaihosttalk ประมาณว่าจนปัญญา ยังจับจุดไม่ได้เลยครับ

คำถามที่ตามมาก็คือแล้วจู่ๆ /home/siambiznet/ มันหายไปได้ยังไงครับ แล้วโดเมนนี้มีเว็บอยู่ด้วยหรือปล่าว เว็บยังใช้งานได้ปรกติไหม หรือว่าใช้แต่อีเมล์อย่างเดียวถ้ามันหายไปจริงๆ อาจจะต้องสร้างขึ้นใหม่ ใน Directadmin อาจจะทำการลบและสร้างใหม่ และ backup ไว้ก่อนลบเสมอ

/home/siambizet/ ไม่มีเว็บครับ เป็นชื่อ Server’s Hostname ตอนที่ลง DirectAdmin นะครับ ไม่ได้ลบออกแต่อย่างได้

งั้นก็แสดงว่า siambiznet@siambiznet.com R=userforward defer (-1): failed to stat /home/siambiznet/. (No such file or directory)เป็นมาตั้งแต่ต้นแล้วและที่บอกว่ารับส่งเมล์ไม่ได้ พอจะมี log ที่ส่งอีเมล์ออก หรือตอนที่รับเมล์เข้าที่เซิฟเวอร์ไหม

server name เขาให้ตั้งมี prefix ด้วย เช่น ns1. sv1.
ส่วนตัว domain ก็ค่อยไป add เป็น user เพิ่มอีกที ไม่งั้นมันก็ตีกันกับ servername

แล้วก็ใน log ผมเห็นอีก error นึงคือ
host lookup did not complete
น่าจะ config ip dns ผิดด้วยหรือเปล่า หรือไม่ก็ connect dns ไม่ได้
