Difficulty to reach Thai Hosts

Now I’m in Malaysia and using TMNet ISP. I have difficulty to reach several Thai web sites where most I’m sure that they are hosted on Thai host servers. However, if I use another ISP called Jaring, I can access the Thai sites fine.

Until now, I still can’t reach my mail box at poppymail. God…

Of course, just install Thai fonts (DB ThaiText) there. I can read but can’t type in Thai ka.
