Cherokee does not support .htaccess files.
Cherokee only listens to a single port; to listen to multiple ports you run multiple instances of Cherokee.
Those two simple items, found in the FAQ, shows that there’s little compatibility; there’d be a lot of rewriting necessary for DA to support it.
So the answer is definitely Not with DA.

ขอบคุณมากครับคุณ Jimmy ผมลอง d/l มาติดตั้งบ Windows XP SP3 แล้วพบว่าเป็น Web Server ที่ทำงานได้เร็วมากๆๆๆ เลยครับ
ประมวลผล .php ได้เร็วขึ้น กว่าเดิม (ปกติผมใช้ IIS5) ติดใจมากครับ

น่าจะมี alternative database บ้างนะ
webserver เร็วแต่ database ช้าก็ไม่ค่อยช่วยเท่าไหร่
จริงๆ mysql ก็ถือว่าเร็วดีแล้ว ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่มาจาก คนออกแบบ db structure กับ query มากกว่า
ไม่ทำ index บ้าง ใช้ query ไม่ได้เรื่องบ้าง
เพิ่งลองเล่นนิดหน่อยเองครับ ยังไม่ได้ config อะไรมากนัก เว็บที่เอามาลองใช้ก็เป็น php+ajax

DA มันมี template ครับ อยู่ที่เราแก้ไข template ให้เข้ากับ webserver ตัวใหน
แต่ก็มีข้อจำกัดอยู่หลายอย่าง เพราะมันทำมาใช้กับ apache เป็นหลัก
เคยแก้ให้มันใช้กับ lighttpd แล้ว แต่ไม่ค่อยเวิร์ค
lol น่าสนใจมากๆ
ลองลงกะ Debian แล้ว work มากๆ php-cgi ไม่ต้อง config เลย แค่ลง php-cgi ก็ใช้ได้เลย
